Staff Spotlight: Morgan Tapper 🌟

Morgan Tapper has made an impact from her first day at the Charles Lea Center. Her passion comes from seeing the people we serve reach their personal milestones and supporting a growing, dedicated team in North Carolina.
With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Belmont Abbey College, Morgan continues to grow professionally and is currently training to become a Person-Centered Trainer.
Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her daughter’s soccer team, relaxing at the beach, exploring the North Carolina mountains, and spending time with her two black labs.
“I’ve felt welcomed and valued at the Charles Lea Center since day one,” she says. The feeling is mutual — we’re grateful to have Morgan on our team.
