Meet Denise Bynum ... Denise has been a valued member of the Charles Lea Center’s North Carolina team since 2019, serving as a Direct Support Professional. Denise finds fulfillment in helping the individuals she supports grow, reach their goals, and thrive in their communities.
In her role, Denise provides daily living support, assists with personal goals, and accompanies individuals to appointments and community outings. She brings kindness, dedication, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference each day.
Denise attended a business institute in New York City and enjoys watching movies, spending time with her adult children, and caring for her Yorkie, Gizmo.
