Meet Zane Stuart, a Lead Direct Support Professional who has been part of the Charles Lea Center team for 2.5 years. Zane is passionate about helping people improve their lives each day and was drawn to this work through personal family connections to the IDD community and early experiences providing peer support to students with special needs.
In their role, Zane supports individuals, assists fellow team members, and collaborates with the program manager to ensure programs run smoothly and services are delivered with care and respect.
Outside of work, Zane enjoys spending time with their cat and creating art through clay crafting, with hopes of one day opening their own studio. Looking ahead, Zane also aspires to become a foster parent for teenagers with behavioral needs.
