The Charles Lea Center proudly recognizes Chief Operating Officer Lois Durrah for an extraordinary milestone, 35 years of dedicated service to the organization and the individuals it supports.
Lois was honored during the Charles Lea Center’s First Quarter Longevity Awards Luncheon, which celebrates team members whose years of service reflect exceptional commitment and impact. Over the course of Lois' career, she has served in a variety of roles, each marked by her deep dedication, leadership, and unwavering belief in the Center’s mission.
From her early days to her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Lois has played a vital part in shaping the organization’s growth and strengthening its ability to serve the community. Her institutional knowledge, compassion, and steady leadership have made a lasting difference for both staff and the people supported by the Charles Lea Center.
