One of our favorite traditions at the Charles Lea Center is taking time to celebrate the people who make our mission possible.

During our Second Quarter Longevity Service Luncheon, we proudly recognized 15 outstanding team members for reaching service milestones ranging from 5 to 25 years with the Charles Lea Center.

Each anniversary represents much more than time on the job. It reflects years of compassion, commitment, relationships built, challenges overcome, and countless lives impacted. Our honorees have helped shape the culture of the Charles Lea Center through their dedication to the people we support and to one another.

We are incredibly grateful for each employee who has chosen to build a career with us. Their passion and unwavering commitment continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve every day.
